The shipping costs depend on the selected delivery country. You can find an overview of the shipping costs per country in our shipping costs table .
You can find our current delivery countries in our shipping costs table . We are currently unable to deliver to other countries.
Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after confirmed receipt of payment or a guaranteed payment confirmation by a third party (PayPal). If you pay in advance, please take into account that the duration of the transfer will be added.
The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. Different delivery times can be found in the respective item description.
Depending on the nature of the goods and the volume of the shipment, we generally ship the goods using the safest and fastest method. Shipping is carried out by DHL, DPD or a freight forwarder.
As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment, where you can view the status of your shipment at any time.
There is no minimum order value in our shop. Shipping is free for orders over €25, regardless of whether it is one or more items. There is no maximum order amount.
Yes, you can return the delivered goods or revoke your contract declaration without giving any reasons within the cancellation period. Please use the enclosed return slip for the return.
The refund will be made 3-5 working days after receipt of the return in our warehouse.
